Our programs serve youth and families, offering holistic support to rebuild confidence, develop life skills, and foster a sense of belonging within communities. We aim to guide individuals toward independence and self-worth through workforce readiness, personal development, and mentorship.

• Reentry- Empowering justice-involved youth and their families through compassionate reentry support that restores dignity, builds stability, and strengthens pathways to community reintegration.

• Environmental Stability: Preventing homelessness through housing referrals and transitional support.

• Domestic Violence Survivorship: Healing-centered pathways to safety and strength

• Earth Cultivation: Building community ownership through urban gardens and hands-on sustainability.

• Economic Mindfulness: Financial literacy for long-term wealth and economic independence

• Mentorship & Leadership: Youth development focused on emotional intelligence, purpose, and direction.

Through initiatives like T.R.Y.B.E. (Together Reaching Youth for Better Environments), we provide youth ages 8–24 with resources that strengthen mental wellness, emotional resilience, and leadership capacity. Our mentorship model cultivates strong life skills that prepare them for meaningful roles in society.

OHLC Wraparound Services Include:

• Family Reunification: Strength-based guidance and supportive coaching for healthier family dynamics

• Employment Training: Resume building, interview prep, workplace readiness, and communication coaching

• Education Access: GED and vocational pathways through partner agencies; addiction and behavioral support groups

• Housing Resources: Stable living solutions through partnerships with shelters, landlords, and housing authorities

• Spiritual Counseling: Inclusive, faith-affirming mentorship honoring all spiritual backgrounds
