Program Overview

Our focus is to build resilience and confidence through mentorship, peer support, and hands‑on learning. We create safe, supportive environments for youth to explore identity, purpose, and leadership. Youth and young adults connect to community service, mental and emotional wellness practices, and real‑world skill development. Every program empowers youth and young adults to design, innovate, lead, transition, and evaluate initiatives that impact their communities; cultivating generations for meaningful roles in society.

NextHarvest Youth Council (All Youth Ages 12-18)

Youth-led leadership, civic engagement, and community innovation.

• Develops leadership skills through agriculture, STEM, and wellness projects.

A creative platform for youth storytelling, podcasting, and digital expression.

• Builds communication and media production skills.
• Helps youth shape positive narratives about identity and community.

• Strengthens communication skills and builds mental health awareness through youth‑led conversations, peer‑to‑peer support, and guided by adults and mental health professionals.

Pedaling for a Purpose

  A mobility and wellness initiative promoting safe, healthy recreation.

• Offers bicycle safety education and hands-on riding skills.
