NEXTHARVEST Youth Council cultivates emerging leaders through structured monthly sessions focused on civic engagement, mental wellness, and community impact. From September to May, youth collaborate with trained mentors to design solutions, strengthen life skills, and contribute meaningfully to local decision‑making.  Empowering confident, capable young leaders committed to building a stronger Eastern North Carolina.

Seed Sessions:

Mentorship meetups that connect youth with trusted guides who help navigate personal and leadership development

Field Labs:

Innovation hubs where young voices generate ideas to address challenges like recidivism, food insecurity, and mental wellness.

Harvest Circles:

Peer-led gatherings that foster community belonging and youth driven listening sessions.

 

All sessions are at 6:30PM-8:30PM. Check our Instagram and Facebook for the monthly location.
